Simon Edwards

Managing Partner

Engineers love identifying and solving problems which might explain why this qualified engineer has embraced market research. Simon loves the diversity of organisations he deals with, getting to know them intimately, and seeing them embrace research insights. When Simon isn’t working you’ll find him working the controls on his guitar amp. Simon has a passion for music, which he makes, listens to and obsesses over. His neighbours will tell you he’s a much better market researcher than he is a musician.

Richard Birks


Combining his history selling chocolate and his love of puzzles, Richard finds nothing sweeter than helping clients solve their problems to make the right decisions for their business. Famous in the office for wanting to buy the product the client sells for every job he does, riding bikes slowly and cooking pizza quickly.

Mallory Pels


Mallory’s career in market research is an extension of a self-confessed nosey nature, with better pay. She uses her powers for good, however, taking great joy in seeing businesses prosper after helping to find what makes them tick. When not deconstructing business problems and forming strategic solutions, Mallory is a dedicated online shopper and devoted shoe collector.

Ron Klein


After 37 years in the industry, including 27 at TKP, Ron takes a more behind-the-scenes role in the business nowadays. Ron has passions for mentoring the TKP team and for turning insights into client opportunities. Red socks are a well-recognised feature of Ron’s business attire for reasons that make much more sense to him than anyone else! Ron is fond of talking about his growing classic car collection, his golf handicap, his wife and four kids.

Brittany Simpson

Research Associate

Mystery shopping, brand health, customer experience, segmentation studies—no two days are the same for Brittany, which is just part of why she loves research as she does. Britt’s a real people person, which may explain why she’s great at research, and why clients like her. We like her because she likes a good laugh along with good wine, good cheese, and good music.

Monique Vukoja

Research Associate

Monique boasts terrific attention to detail, a necessity in good research. Her capabilities run much deeper than that, though, with special expertise in customer experience in both B2B and consumer spaces. She particularly loves the sheer variety of research work and seeing how businesses implement TKP’s insights. At work or at home, she can often be found wearing polka dots and partaking in a good cup of tea.

Vincent Mach

Project Assistant

The latest addition to the TKP team, Vincent is a recent uni graduate and Japanese food enthusiast whose desk drawer harbours an impressive array of snacks. Vincent can be readily described as a quiet achiever. His desire to snack doesn’t match his appetite to learn and he has fast become a valuable support to his colleagues and a silent contributor to TKP’s clients.
